Erika Jayne Reveals Who from the RHOBH Cast She Would Let Set Her Up on a Date

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ Erika Jayne may be single, but that doesn’t mean she’s jumping at the chance to mingle, as she recently shared in an interview with Bravo Insider.

She noted that she is currently “separated” but has barely dipped her toe into the dating pool. “Well, look, I feel awkward. I don’t know what to do. But I’m not super social, so I haven’t been able to really like, you know, date it up,” she said when speaking to Bravo Insider last week. “I’d like to date someone... I don’t really know that I even want to date someone. I would like to just have a nice time. Whatever that means.”

As for what she is looking for in a love interest these days, she said, “I love intelligence. I love somebody with a sense of humor. And somebody who likes to travel, and you know, have fun.”

But if you’re looking to meet Erika and ask her out to do “whatever,” you won’t find her on any dating apps. Erika is not a swipe right or left kind of woman. “No, I don’t [do apps]. I’m afraid of strangers. [I’m a] child of the ’70s, it’s like stranger danger. If I don’t know you, we ain’t going nowhere,” she said. “So, no, if someone cannot vouch for you or someone does not know you, that’s not happening.”

She joked a bit about her dating life during a recent appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, including more on how she’s meeting people.

And that brings us to people she does know. When asked who in the RHOBH cast she’d let set her up on a date, she told Bravo Insider, “Probably Diana [Jenkins] because she's hot and fabulous. And wait till you see her whole thing. You’ll understand why I said that.”

Should Erika eventually meet someone she wants to get serious with, he will need to get along with the most special guy in her life, her son, Tommy, who has already shared some of his feelings about his now-single mom being back on the scene.

“Oh my god, I’ll never forget he… one time he called me up, he’s like 'Hey, are you dating this guy?’ I was like, 'No, what the f--k are you doing? I’m not dating him.’ He was like, 'All right, well, you know, I saw it somewhere,’” she said, before sharing that she “never thought about” if her future partner would need her son’s approval.

She added, “Of course, I don’t think I would marry someone that did not like my son, or my son did not like them. I mean, I’m way off from that. That’s like way, way off... I’ve already done it a couple times. I married his father here in St. Patrick's Cathedral. So I mean I’ve already done it, as big as you could do it.”
