Shannon Storms Beador got the surprise of a lifetime just one day into the vacation she’s currently enjoying with her three daughters. 

The Real Housewives of Orange County cast member — who’s a mom to 18-year-old twins Stella and Adeline and 21-year-old Sophie — revealed as much on Thursday, April 6, when she shared an Instagram Story showing her daughter’s rib cage, where, unbeknownst to her, a tattoo reading “we accept the love we think we deserve” had recently been inked.

Naturally, Shannon was taken aback. As she wrote in her Story, “When you get to the pool and your daughter shows you a tattoo she got on her own.”

The ink, however, might not be permanent, as Shannon added, “And it lasts [nine] months.”

She didn’t reveal which daughter got the tattoo, but all three are currently in Mexico with their mom. Shannon has been documenting the trip on social media from the start, first posting an Instagram Story selfie with the twins on the plane that read, “Spring Break! They already don’t want to take pictures…” 

Another in-flight photo showed the pair turned away from the camera, which prompted Shannon to write, “When you ask them to smile...” with a face-palming emoji. 

The shenanigans continued once the group landed, as Shannon shared a snapshot of herself with Stella, Adeline, and all of their luggage and captioned it, “When your reserved car doesn’t show up to pick you up at the airport…” 

Lucky for the twins, they’ve been able to indulge in a drink or two while in the tropical locale. “They’re legal… in Mexico,” Shannon wrote alongside a smiley photo of Stella and Adeline. “I’m watching VERY closely.”

Luckily, Sophie is also on hand should she need to set the two straight. Shannon posted a pic of her eldest posing with her boyfriend, and wrote, “So excited that Sophie and Reese could join us on vacation!”

Sophie and Reese, as RHOC fans may recall, have been dating for a while now. Last year, Shannon surprised Sophie with a private jet to fly themselves, Reese, and Shannon’s then-boyfriend, John Janssen, to Las Vegas for Sophie’s 21st birthday.

Shannon and John later split at the end of 2022, although it wasn’t until this past January that she confirmed the breakup. At the time, she said she was “blindsided” by John’s decision to end the relationship, especially considering that they were seemingly “in a great place.”

Regardless, Shannon hasn’t let the heartbreak keep her from getting back out there. In fact, she revealed in late March that she had hit it off with someone “very handsome” and “super, super sweet.”
