Taylor Armstrong Shares an Update on Her Daughter, Kennedy
Find out why Taylor said it’s a “problem” to have a 17-year-old.
During the inaugural season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Taylor Armstrong immediately became a standout ’Wife when she threw a lavish, $50,000 Mad Hatter–themed tea party to celebrate her daughter, Kennedy Armstrong, turning 4 years old.
Fast-forward to the summer of 2022, when it was announced that Taylor would be the first ’Wife to ever switch franchises, making Housewives history. She then made her debut on The Real Housewives of Orange County when Season 17 premiered on June 7, and viewers are now able to catch up with Taylor and find out more about her life as a Newport Beach resident — which includes being the wife of John Bluher and the mom of a now-teenage Kennedy (!).
Taylor caught up with BravoTV.com after her RHOC debut, and she revealed how Kennedy is doing today, years after her now-infamous birthday party.

While responding to fan questions for BravoTV.com, Taylor offered an exciting update on her daughter, who is now 17.
“She just finished her junior year [of high school], so she is going to be going to college, of course, after her senior year,” Taylor revealed about her daughter. “She’s starting to make moves and to grow up.”
The RHOBH alum said she’s excited for her daughter as she gets ready for her next chapter, but Kennedy’s impending high school graduation also means that Taylor and John will soon be empty nesters.
“That’s the problem with having an only child is it’s just heartbreaking!” Taylor lamented during the fan Q&A.
Will Kennedy Armstrong appear on RHOC?
Though Kennedy did appear briefly on The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: Ex-Wives Club back in 2022 to help her mom pack for her trip to the Berkshires, viewers haven’t seen much of her since she last was on RHOBH way back in 2014.
In December, however, Taylor did confirm that Kennedy will be appearing on RHOC Season 17.
“Yes! You will see Kennedy this season on RHOC,” Taylor wrote during a Q&A with a fan on her Instagram Stories in December. “Hard to believe she turned 4 on Season [1] of RHOBH…”
She also opened up about why it was important for her to return to the Real Housewives franchise nearly a decade after she last popped up on RHOBH.
“My story felt unfinished,” she wrote in an Instagram Story in the same fan Q&A. “I am excited to share my new chapter on RHOC.”
