Plus, find out if the RHOBH alum thinks RHOC or The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is the most “dramatic.”
On Season 17 Episode 2 of The Real Housewives of Orange County, history was made when The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum Taylor Armstrong made her epic debut as a friend on the OG series, making her the first Housewife to switch franchises.
Taylor joined RHOC ’Wives Tamra Judge, Shannon Storms Beador, Heather Dubrow, Emily Simpson, and Jennifer Pedranti on a yacht for Gina Kirschenheiter’s “Last Fla-mingle party.” The ladies seemed excited to have Taylor join the group as they welcomed her with open arms.
Tamra reacts to Taylor’s debut
In an interview, Tamra mentioned that she met Taylor years ago when she moved from Los Angles to Orange County, but they didn’t become “besties” until they filmed The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip together. “I love Taylor, she’s so much fun… She really is the sweetest person I know,” Tamra admitted in her confessional.

Sure, Taylor’s journey has just begun on RHOC, but that hasn’t stopped the newbie from comparing her time in the OC to her former days in Beverly Hills. In the clip above, Taylor sits down with BravoTV.com to dish on all the differences between the two cities.

In fact, RHOC’s jaw-dropping Season 17 trailer showed Taylor and Heather having a heated discussion, where Heather told Taylor, “For you to sh-t talk my career? F-ck you.”
Back in October at BravoCon 2022, Heather admitted that she “didn’t have that good a time” with the new friend. “But I do like Taylor,” she clarified, with Taylor adding, “We’re working on it.”
