Karen Huger’s birthday has The Real Housewives of Potomac cast feeling nostalgic on Sunday’s all-new episode.
So it’s only right that they take a walk down memory lane and relive all of their favorite Karen moments. This sneak-peek clip reveals some of them, beginning with Candiace Dillard Bassett’s: “the wig shift” from Season 3, which Karen herself previously admitted was “monumental.”
Ashley Darby is up next, revealing her favorite memory to be the time she and Robyn Dixon went on “a little stealth mission,” stole Karen’s wig, and started impersonating her. It was all in good fun, though — so much so that Karen herself couldn’t stop laughing.
Robyn goes on to recount her own memories, ultimately pointing back to the Season 4 dinner during which Karen tried to teach her and Gizelle Bryant “how to control your man's kiss.” The Grand Dame even did a demonstration, which Robyn must’ve been paying close attention to, because when Karen points out that she “got a ring” — i.e., became engaged to Juan Dixon — after the lesson, Robyn admits, “Okay, it worked.”
