Bundle up and brace yourselves, because The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City returns with Season 4 on September 5. And based on the first-look preview, the cast — Lisa Barlow, Heather Gay, Meredith Marks, Whitney Rose, Angie Katsanevas, and Monica Garcia — as well as friend-of Mary Cosby, are about to deliver a snow-stopping season.

How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City on Peacock and the Bravo App.

To make sure you're prepared for what's to come, read on to see where the RHOSLC ladies currently stand with one another, as well as what's new in their relationships and family lives.

Lisa Barlow

Lisa's son, Jack Barlow, has moved on from saying "fudge college" and is now preparing to leave the nest to "find his place in the Mormon church" and explore "the traditional elements of the religion," according to a press release. This leaves Lisa "evaluat[ing] her new-wave Mormon lifestyle."

When it comes to her friendships, Lisa is "making amends" with Meredith, although they still "have a long way to go." As for the other ladies, Lisa's "luxuries and expensive taste rub some of the women the wrong way, leading to a confrontation with newest housewife Monica."

Heather Gay

Heather's life, it turns out, is also being affected by the Mormon church. After publicly denouncing the institution, her daughters "are struggling with the fallout in the Salt Lake City community."

Also struggling? Heather and Whitney's friendship, which is "far from fully repaired" despite the fact that they're "mak[ing] strides to rebuild their trust in one another."

Heather's also making strides with Lisa, and it's all thanks to them "finally find[ing] some common ground."

Professionally speaking, though, Heather is "thriving after the success of her book," which earned a spot on The New York Times' bestseller's list and bought a new house for her family.

Meredith Marks

Like Meredith's career, which is flourishing as she "continues to expand her successful jewelry line" (while also "donat[ing] her time toward charitable causes close to her heart"), Meredith's kids are doing well, as is her marriage with Seth. This ultimately leads the couple to start a podcast "to share advice and anecdotes."

The same can't exactly be said for Meredith's friendships, though. Per the press release, "Tensions with the women explode when Meredith is accused of dropping bombshells without getting her hands dirty ... yet again."

Whitney Rose

Whitney's husband, Justin, lost his job on RHOSLC Season 3, but he's now headed back to work. The only problem? Whitney is diving into the launch of "a new luxury jewelry line that highlights spirituality and healing," the press release states. This leaves the couple "struggl[ing] to find a balance between life as CEOs and caretakers for their children."

Whitney and Heather, meanwhile, "work on forgiveness and trust," but Whitney's relationship with Meredith "strays beyond repair after an accusation that rubs Meredith the wrong way."

Angie Katsanevas

In her first season as a full-time 'Wife, Angie and her husband, Shawn — who own and operate multiple hair salons around Salt Lake City together — find themselves subject to "rumors" about their marriage. According to the press release, "Angie looks to find the culprit before the hearsay can do any damage to their family."

Amidst the drama, Lisa "loyally stands by her side as Angie navigates the group’s tumultuous and ever-changing dynamics."

Monica Garcia

Monica is described in the press release as "blunt, opinionated, and never afraid to speak her mind" — even if it "lands her in hot water with the other women."

She's introduced to the group through her friend Angie, but her castmates "quickly realize they recognize her through another familiar face."

When it comes to Monica's personal life, she's "dealing with divorcing her husband for the second time and navigating a volatile relationship with her mother," all while "raising her four children on her own."

Mary Cosby

Mary returns as a friend, but after being away from the ladies, she "struggles to find her footing" as she "navigates old wounds and potential new friendships within the group."
