See Joe Giudice Attempt Something He Hasn’t Done “in a While”
The RHONJ dad showed off his athletic abilities while catching some rays.
Joe Giudice is letting the world know he still has moves.
Although his new yacht business has kept him quite busy, The Real Housewives of New Jersey dad has managed to find the time to squeeze in some exercise. The Italian national regularly takes to social media to share some of his physical training sessions, which include a mix of weightlifting, cardio, and calisthenics.
On Thursday, September 21, Joe returned to Instagram to provide another look at his workout regimen and to flex some of his kickboxing skills. The video showed a shirtless Joe standing on the back porch of his Bahamas home while he put on a pair of boxing gloves.
“OK, let’s hit the tricky bag,” he said while approaching a reflex punching bag. “Hopefully it doesn’t hit back, doesn’t play any tricks on me, you know what I mean? Haven’t done this in a while.”

Joe proceeded to get in some jabs, crosses, uppercuts, and a few roundhouse kicks, while Simple Minds’ “Don’t You (Forget About Me)” song played in the background. Joe went in for a good minute and a half before he started to lose steam.
“OK, good enough,” he said at the end of the clip.
Joe Giudice's MMA Training
Joe upped his mixed martial arts training in 2019, around the time he was deported back to Italy. The businessman — who shares four daughters with his ex-wife, Teresa Giudice — would share videos that highlighted his slimmed-down physique as well as his sweat sessions in the gym.
“Private trainer 3 times a week in Salerno Italy,” he captioned a December 2019 Instagram video that showed him sparring with an Italian tainer, “haven’t been trained by someone in a long time !!!"
“It would be nice if I understood left and right in Italian,” he joked in another boxing post.
How Joe Giudice's kids helped him prepare for a boxing match
Less than a year later, Joe announced he would participate in a celebrity boxing match held in the Bahamas. He dished on the event during an appearance on People TV’s Reality Check, revealing he would go head-to-head with Jennifer Lopez’s ex-husband Ojani Noa.
“I’m really a martial artist, but I’ve been boxing, as well,” he said. “So I know how to use my hands pretty well… I’m never really afraid to go up against anybody, so that’s a good thing. It’s gonna be a fun match.”
He continued: “I even trained with my daughters Milania and Gia. I took them up to the mountains because I got my gym up in the mountains here … Just getting up there is a workout.”
