Porsha Williams Reacts to Shereé Whitfield Returning to RHOA for Season 14
She may have exited RHOA, but Porsha still has an idea of what fans can expect from Shereé in Season 14.
The last time Porsha Williams and Shereé Whitfield were really on-screen together at The Real Housewives of Atlanta Season 10 reunion, they definitely had some dramatic moments. But these days, it sounds like Porsha has nothing but love for her fellow Georgia Peach.
During an interview with Access Hollywood on the red carpet of the 2021 People's Choice Awards on December 7, Porsha shared her reaction to Shereé returning to RHOA for Season 14 as she makes her exit from the show after nine seasons. "I think Shereé has a lot to bring. I'm looking forward to joggers coming soon," Porsha said, referencing the once-planned SHE by Shereé release. "She's bomb, so I'm sure she'll do well."
In October, it was confirmed that Shereé would be part of the RHOA Season 14 cast, along with Kandi Burruss, Kenya Moore, and Drew Sidora. Marlo Hampton will also officially be a cast member in the upcoming season, along with newcomer, four-time Olympic gold medalist Sanya Richards Ross.
Similar to Porsha, Kenya also shared her excitement about Shereé's return to RHOA during an appearance on the Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen After Show in November. "It's been really amazing having her there. We have great chemistry," Kenya said of Shereé. "We are just like ladies who lunch. We are so in tune with each other right now. So it's been really fun."
Back in September, both Porsha and Cynthia Bailey announced on Instagram that they would not be returning to RHOA for Season 14. However, you can still catch both ladies on your screens, with Cynthia appearing in The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip, streaming now exclusively on Peacock, and Porsha in The Real Housewives of Atlanta: Porsha's Family Matters, which airs Sundays at 8/7c on Bravo.
Porsha dished all about her newest TV project during her interview with Access Hollywood at the People's Choice Awards. "I think people are really getting into my family. They're like, OK, so breakout stars would be your grandmother, Aunt Liz, you know, my daughter's father [Dennis McKinley], my fiancé [Simon Guobadia]," Porsha shared. "It really gives you a chance to get to know everyone in my foundation, like the people who are my support system, even when it doesn't seem like they're supporting [laughs]."
Porsha appeared at the People's Choice Awards representing RHOA, which was nominated for The Reality Show of 2021. Kandi also received a nod for The Reality TV Star of 2021.
Porsha told Access Hollywood that RHOA "would not be here if it weren't for our fans" and shared how the show's fans inspired her latest career move. "My book, The Pursuit of Porsha, is for my fans," she said. "They already have known me for 10 years, so now I'm giving them me on a deeper level so they can understand my power and my purpose."
