The Southern Charm Cast Reacts to Madison LeCroy’s Wedding News

Now that Madison LeCroy is officially married, her Southern Charm friends have some feelings about it, and they weren’t afraid to express them.
Madison and Brett married in Mexico on November 19, but even in the days ahead, Madison’s inner circle and extended Bravo family shared their love and support for her major life moment in the comments of her Instagrams from earlier in the week.
Kathryn Dennis shared a loving heart emoji on Instagram in the comments, while Patricia Altschul added, “So chic and beautiful.”
Leva Bonaparte commented, “Happy wedding week,” and Venita Aspen was so floored by the news that she left multiple comments: “IS THIS A JOKE” and “Wow.”
Speaking of Leva, she spoke to E! News about why she thinks Madison has finally met her match. "I heard he doesn't drink really," she said (she also confirmed she has yet to meet Brett). "He seems really quiet and nice."
She added, "The first conversation she had with me, she's like, 'He doesn't even have social media.' I'm like, 'Yeah, that's the kind of guy you need.' ... I'm happy for her because I think that that kind of a relationship can be sustainable. There's no competition."
She also had no hard feelings about not getting an invite to the big day. "I think that doing marriage in an intimate ceremony's probably the right way to do it," Leva told E! News. "I eloped so I'm probably the wrong person—I'm not a big wedding person. I think it's the right thing to do because it's just such a private thing. I'm super excited for her and I think he seems so wonderful, like a really, really nice guy and it's great for her and her son. I can't wait to see the pictures."
The reactions were coming in sweet from all across Bravo. Ciara Miller commented, “I’m dying. Happy wedding week,” and “I’M OBSESSED.” Ciara’s fellow Winter House and Summer House castmate Paige DeSorbo added, “This is so good.”
Even The Real Housewives of Orange County alum Gretchen Rossi was in her feelings, writing, “Ahhh this is sooo sweet! … Love this so much!”
Below Deck Down Under's Aesha Scott added, "Ohhhhh this melts my heart!!!!"
The wedding comes about a year after Madison confirmed her engagement to Brett in October 2021. They had revealed their relationship earlier that year.
This is the second marriage for Madison, who co-parents her son, Hudson, with her ex. And Southern Charm fans will recall that prior to her relationship with Brett, she had been in a dramatic on-again, off-again relationship with Austen Kroll, who later shared his reaction to her engagement during Season 8.
