Shep Rose Turned 40 with His Family by His Side and It Was Totally Adorable (Photos)
The Southern Charm bachelor kept this birthday low-key, but reflected on a past wild one with Cameran Eubanks.
Happy birthday to Shep Rose, who turned the big 4-0 over the weekend. To celebrate turning 40, the Southern Charm bachelor literally headed to the hills — well, the Appalachian Mountains in North Carolina, to spend some quality time with his family.
"There are also adults here. Thanks as always to Mom and Dad for hosting and raising us. Loving laughing at old stories (we just rehashed how many times we’ve all gotten stitches (I win by a mile: over 15 times, 9 in the head))," he wrote on Instagram, noting that in addition to his human family, Lil Craig was there. "Swear I’m not holding him hostage."
Elsewhere on Instagram, he shed some more light on his big birthday weekend: "With all the grandkids (and grandpup) getting ready to feast on this temperate night in the Appalachians. Every now and then one of them bursts into tears for no discernible reason (toy hoarding seems to be the typical culprit) But it’s mostly laughter."

And while he marked 40 in a rather low-key way with his family, he reflected on his birthdays through the years by sharing a photo from a more wild celebration alongside BFF Cameran Eubanks.
"Thanks for all the birthday wishes today. Makes me feel all warm and fuzzy. This picture is from a birthday cruise a few years ago. [Cameran] started the cake fight if i remember correctly. I told my British friend [Cameron Lawther] I was 40 and his response was: 'Bloody hell mate, well done for making it this far!' Hadn’t thought of it that way. I like it. Count your blessings, etc."
