See Why Leva Bonaparte Is “Twinning” with Her Son

The Southern Hospitality mom and Lamar Jr.’s matching baseball caps were only one similarity captured in a sweet IG photo.

Leva Bonaparte’s son might be named after his father, but Lamar Jr., aka “Little,” is still every bit the Southern Hospitality boss’ mini-me.

Wearing matching New York Yankees baseball caps, the mother-son duo posed in front of several Christmas trees in Charleston, South Carolina, in a photo she shared on Instagram on Saturday, December 10. And as the Southern Charm cast member noted in the caption, their uncanny resemblance wasn’t limited to their fashion choices.

“Twinning… right down to the orbital dimple,” she captioned the adorably festive shot of herself and her 4-year-old son, adding red and green hearts and several crying-laughing emojis.

While The Real Housewives of New York City’s Eboni K. Williams and The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum Brandi Glanville were among the Bravolebs to give her Instagram photo a double tap, Leva’s Southern Charm castmate Olivia Flowers commented, “Loveeee the lids,” along with two heart-eyes emojis.

Not so long ago, the Republic Garden & Lounge owner also got in the spirit for another holiday by matching Lamar Jr. as part of her family’s Ghostbusters Halloween costumes. While Leva and Little heroically strapped on proton packs for a little trick-or-treating, her husband, Lamar Bonaparte, went a different route, hilariously coordinating as the Stay Puft Marshmallow Man.

When asked to explain how her son got his nickname on a November 2020 episode of The Daily Dish podcast, the Southern Hospitality boss shared the cute story behind Little’s moniker.

“We came home from the hospital, and his dad was like, ‘OK, so, I’m Lamar and you’re Lamar. But I’m big, and you’re little.’ And he just kept saying that. He was like, ‘I’m Big Lamar and you’re Little Lamar,’” she shared. “And so it was funny, because he’s never been a little baby. He was off the charts. He’s always been, like, way bigger than the norm… I think he’s literally gonna be like a grown huge man, bigger than me, and I’m gonna be like, ‘Come here, Little.’”

No matter how big Little gets, though, they’ll always share that facial dimple.
