Sutton Stracke didn't have the best start to The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills girls' trip to Del Mar, California in the September 22 episode. After dealing with problems with her foot for almost two years, Sutton explained to Lisa Rinna in the episode that she had ended up with "a really bad sprained ankle" as the ladies prepared to leave for their getaway.

Unfortunately, things only got worse for Sutton. Shortly after Sutton arrived in Del Mar, her doctor advised her to go to the hospital to have her foot X-rayed after it was covered with bruises.

Sutton later came back from the hospital in a wheelchair, along with some crutches. "It's hurting, but when I take, like, the Motrin and stuff, I'm not in pain," she told Garcelle Beauvais upon her return to the hotel. "I just can't put any weight on it."

She opened up more about the severity of her injury in an interview during the episode. "They did a great job in that ER, and my doctor said, 'You do not have a break; you have a terrible sprain. You have to stay off of it completely for one week,'" Sutton explained. "Right now, I'm just concerned about the idea of staying off of my foot for this weekend. Welcome to my life."

Luckily, with the help of Garcelle, who so graciously assisted her friend in her wheelchair, Sutton has been able to take part in most of the Del Mar activities so far, including a tense first dinner and a sound bath.

Sutton spoke more about her injury in The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills After Show and revealed an incident that may have sparked her health issues prior to the trip. "And when I did that, I must have tweaked my ankle," Sutton said in the above Bravo Insider exclusive. "And by the time I got to Del Mar, it was really big, and I could not walk on it."
