Teresa Giudice Confirms Daughter Gia Is Seeing a Therapist
The RHONJ mom offers an update on her family and her take on Joe’s chances of winning the appeal.
In November at BravoCon 2019, Teresa Giudice confirmed that daughter Milania had seen a therapist as she was dealing with her family's legal issues and the separation from her father, Joe Giudice. And during The Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 10 reunion, she confirmed that eldest daughter Gia was also in therapy.
“I feel bad for my daughters,” the New Jersey mom said during Part 3 of the reunion, which aired on March 18.
She also confirmed that at the time the reunion filmed Gia was "starting to see a therapist now, which I want them to."
As for Joe's ongoing deportation and immigration case, while she didn't get into specifics she did note that his chances of winning the appeal are "not a lot... it breaks my heart.”
Joe is currently in Italy. He was transferred there last October from ICE custody as he awaits word on a decision in his legal matter.
She continued, “Me and Joe can get through anything, I hate that my kids have to go through this. This whole thing, they’re not punishing Joe and I, they’re punishing the kids. It’s not fair to them.”
The conversation was definitely emotional for Teresa, who noted, through tears, that given everything she and her family has been through over the last few years, “I never pictured my life to end like this. I mean, it’s not ending yet, but I never thought I was going to go through all this."
