Teresa Giudice Reveals Her Thoughts on Gia Getting Married Anytime Soon
The RHONJ mom opened up about her daughter's love life as Gia continues to grow her career with a myriad of projects.
The Real Housewives of New Jersey's Gia Giudice has been in a relationship with boyfriend Christian Carmichael for the past couple of years. She often shares with fans an inside look at their romance on Instagram, taking her followers inside trips and dates. And now we're learning a bit more about the pair from a a source very close to her.
Is Teresa Giudice ready for Gia to get married?
And while Gia and Christian may be serious, her mom, Teresa Giudice, isn't ready to see her daughter walk down the aisle anytime soon. The topic came up during BravoCon 2023 at the "Housewife2Housewife: Day One Divas" panel when the group was asked how they would feel if their daughters ever wanted to be on a show like the Real Housewives.
“If that happens, it’s on her,” she said, adding however that she thinks the 20-something is “too young to get married." Sure, Teresa isn't ready to see Gia get married, but both she and Joe Giudice have always been supportive of Gia and her relationship with Christian as they often post comments on social media after Gia posts photos with her boyfriend.

Outside of her love life, Gia is busy building her career. Gia has long aspired to be a lawyer (recently sharing that she's studying for the Law School Admission Test (LSAT)) and building her resume in other ways with jobs at a law firm, in marketing, in fashion and as an influencer.
"I've been an adult now for almost five years, since I was 18. So I've always gotten this image of like, 'Oh, you're a child.' And I think this is what has just made me grow so strong mentally, want to create my own businesses, become an entrepreneur because I've just never let the outside noise affect me and affect my family," she recently told PEOPLE. "I've always stood up for what is right, for what is wrong.... The strong mentality has helped me create my business and grow as a person."
Gia Giudice shares her hope for the future
That sentiment mirrors one she shared with BravoTV.com: "My hope for the future is to become a very successful lawyer and have a lucrative clothing business on the side."
