Tom Colicchio New Podcast

If you’re missing your weekly fix of Tom Colicchio now that the finale of Bravo’s Top Chef Season 17 has already come and gone, you’ll be thrilled to learn that the cooking competition show’s host has a brand new project. Tom is now also the host of his very own podcast called Citizen Chef

How to Watch

Watch Top Chef Season 21 Wednesdays at 9/8c on Bravo and next day on Peacock.

Citizen Chef, which you can stream wherever you prefer to listen to your podcasts, is all about the topics surrounding food policy. From the way in which the food industry in America has been impacted by coronavirus (COVID-19) to the people who work to provide fish to consumers, Tom will explore a variety of topics with the help of guests who work as experts in the world of food.

“As a longtime food advocate, I’m excited to share my new podcast out today with @iheartpodcasts. On the show, you’ll learn about my journey from chef to food advocate. From TV personality to activist,” Tom wrote in an Instagram caption announcing his podcast. “I see food in the news everyday. Each episode will take a deep dive into how this news ends up on our plates. This podcast takes aim at what is wrong in our food system and will try to give concrete answers on how we can fix it.”

While Citizen Chef won’t provide you with all of the secrets to creating Tom’s signature dishes, he describes it as a podcast that has a “goal of turning curious listeners into more informed, engaged citizens” by teaching them about the politics and inner workings of the food system.
