The Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles agent called this client "a real piece of work."

As a top real estate agent in Los Angeles, Tracy Tutor has dealt with her fair share of demanding clients — and she has the proof. The Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles cast member recently took to Instagram to open up about one particularly difficult seller, revealing that she has “never ever encountered anyone” like him before.

How to Watch

Catch up on Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles on Peacock or the Bravo App.

In photos posted on October 6, Tracy shared a glimpse at some of the colorful text messages she received from this client — and let’s just say, he was clearly less than thrilled with the progress of the sale.

“We had his home in Bel Air under contract, and everything was blowing up over Christmas. So I did what any good agent does and tried to bring the buyer and seller together,” Tracy wrote in the caption of the photo. “Unfortunately, my client did not agree with my sentiment and went off the rails.”

Though the experience — which Tracy says included “75 completed unhinged back-and-forths" — was challenging, she eventually brought on her business partner, Gina, for help, which made all the difference.

“I’d have been miserable if I didn’t have someone I could trust and have a laugh when things went completely overboard,” she concluded. “That’s the whole point of it, right? You share in your failures and you share in your successes. You’re much better, whether things are terrible or wonderful when there are friends or colleagues around.”

Listen, I agree that I attract more crazy than your average person, I’m aware. But I’ve never encountered anyone like Ice Pick Guy. This client was a real piece of work. We had his home in Bel Air under contract, and everything was blowing up over Christmas. So I did what any good agent does and tried to bring the buyer and seller together. Unfortunately, my client did not agree with my sentiment and went off the rails. (1st Screenshot) At this point, I would have preferred acid in my bleeding sockets over talking any further with him. But wait, it keeps going (2nd Screenshot) Listen, I absolutely hear his plea and candidly agree that the buyer was unreasonable and shifty, to say the least. But 75 completely unhinged back-and-forths (I’ll spare you the rest). I mean, come on, dude, let’s slow our roll on the crazy train. So I had to bring in Gina, my business partner, to start tag teaming him. I’d have been miserable if I didn’t have someone I could trust and have a laugh when things went completely overboard. That’s the whole point of it, right? You share in your failures and you share in your successes. You’re much better, whether things are terrible or wonderful when there are friends or colleagues around. So that’s my little story for today! I have so many more that I’ve shared in my book Fear Is Just a Four-Letter Word! If you haven’t already, order your copy TODAY! link in bio. #OwnAnyRoom
