Katie Maloney Steps Out to Support Tom Schwartz at the Grand Opening of Schwartz & Sandy’s
At the opening of Tom’s restaurant with Tom Sandoval, another set of Vanderpump Rules exes also hit the red carpet.
To quote the immortal words of Scheana Shay: It’s all happening. On Tuesday, July 19, Tom Schwartz and Tom Sandoval hosted a grand opening party for their restaurant Schwartz & Sandy’s. And they definitely had the support of their Vanderpump Rules crew at the event held at the brand-new West Hollywood hotspot.
According to The Daily Mail, Katie Maloney was on hand to support her ex, Schwartz, just months after they shared the news that they were splitting up. (The former couple announced in March that they were separating, with Katie filing for divorce after 12 years together as a couple. As fans may recall, Katie and Tom were married in 2016, and their wedding was featured during Season 5 of Vanderpump Rules. A few years later, they tied the knot again in Las Vegas, and that wedding was also featured on the show in Season 8.)
In fact, another set of exes, Raquel Leviss and James Kennedy, were also there to support Tom and Tom. Raquel hit the carpet solo, while James attended with his girlfriend, Ally. (James and Raquel shared the news of their split in December and later opened up about it at the Season 9 reunion, which aired earlier this year.)
The BFFs and business owners were definitely feeling the love from their Vanderpump Rules inner circle as Ariana Madix, Lisa Vanderpump (with Ken Todd, not pictured), Lala Kent, Peter Madrigal, Scheana and Brock Davies were all there. Shahs of Sunset’s Mercedes “MJ” Javid and her husband, Tommy Feight (not pictured), were also at the event, per The Daily Mail (the party was hosted by DailyMail.com and TMX).
As fans will recall, Schwartz and Sandoval shared their journey to Schwartz & Sandy’s during Season 9 of Vanderpump Rules, and as you might imagine, drama followed the pair as they planned out the business venture together (including some tension with LVP herself, clip below).
Well, now that Schwartz & Sandy’s has finally arrived, we guess all’s well that ends well.
Vanderpump Rules is streaming on Peacock. Plus, catch up on the Bravo app.
