Here's What Brittany Cartwright Really Thought of Scheana Shay Trying to Set Her Up with Adam

Scheana Shay is causing quite the stir among the Vanderpump Rules crew after introducing Brittany Cartwright to SUR's barback Adam in what seemed to be an attempt to sabotage her relationship with Jax Taylor. 

Scheana explained the controversial move during the latest installment of the Vanderpump Rules After Show. "I think we can all agree: Adam's good-looking. Whether we're attracted to him in that way or not, he's a good-looking guy. And I was like, 'You know what? Adam has been single, why not? We all work together. We all sh-- where we work, so why not add to the bunch?'" Scheana said. "I wanted Brittany to feel wanted and desired. There are other people." 

Seeing as how Jax and Brittany have done so much work on their relationship after dealing with infidelity earlier this season, you might think Brittany would have a different reaction to the alleged matchmaking. Brittany also gave her very honest take on the situation during the Vanderpump Rules After Show, which you can check out, above.

Still, Scheana admitted that Jax's comments about her relationship with Rob Valletta may have also had something to do with her inviting Adam to hang out with Brittany. "Jax and I, that's another thing, we're like brother and sister. We're always trying to get back at each other or one-up each other, and that is out of my character, but when it comes to him, I'm like, 'OK, you want to come at me? I can do better,'" she explained. "Here's the thing, honey, I've got someone younger, hotter, and taller who's interested in your girl. So you wanna go there, we can."

Tom Sandoval also spoke disapprovingly about Scheana encouraging Brittany to move on when he appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen Monday night. "Look, I understand wanting your friend to find somebody better because you feel like they're in a bad place, but that's their choice," Tom explained. "Like when me and Kristen [Doute] were together, a lot of people thought, 'You guys should not be together.' But until I was ready to make that choice, nobody stepped in and was trying to hook me up with their hot friend or anything like that." 

Is Scheana Sabotaging Jax & Brittany?

But Scheana seems to have majorly changed her tune about Jax and Brittany these days, recently telling Us Weekly that she actually sees a bright future ahead for the couple and that she's "never seen them happier." “I think if Jax and Brittany were doomed it would’ve been doomed already,” she said. “The fact that they have made it through the hardest parts of, hopefully the hardest thing that their relationship will ever go through. I think that they’re in it for the long run now.” 

We'll see the fallout from Scheana's involvement in Jax and Brittany's relationship when an all-new episode of Vanderpump Rules airs Monday at 9/8c. And, as you can see below, it's going to be a doozy.
