Vicki Gunvalson Was in the Hospital for "Another Non-Elective Procedure"
The Real Housewives of Orange County's Vicki Gunvalson opened up about her recent health issues.
Vicki Gunvalson paid another visit to the hospital last week.
The OG of The Real Housewives of Orange County shared a series of photos on Instagram on Saturday, April 13 that show her in the hospital to undergo a procedure before returning home to recuperate in her own bed. Vicki's boyfriend of three years, Steve Lodge, can be seen happily supporting her and comforting her in one of the photos.
Vicki did not specify what type of procedure she had done while in the hospital, but she noted that it was not elective and that she is on her way to a successful recovery. "Had another NON ELECTIVE procedure yesterday and feeling much better today," she shared in the Instagram post. "Thank you to all that reached out."
She also added, "#itsalwayssomething," "#cantkeepmedownlong," and "#lifeofvicki" in the post.
Vicki has long been open about her health history with RHOC fans, from her cosmetic procedures (like when she got a face lift in Season 13) to her health scare (like when she was airlifted to the hospital after the ladies' ATV accident in Glamis, California in Season 11).
Vicki's children, Briana Culberson and Michael Wolfsmith, expressed concern over their mom continuing to go under the knife last season of RHOC. However, Vicki promised Michael that she was done getting plastic surgery — well, unless she really needs it.
"I don't anticipate any more plastic surgeries, but if something needs to be tweaked, I'm gonna get something tweaked," Vicki said last season of RHOC. "I don't have to get permission from my kids. It's my body, last time I checked. I'm gonna do whatever the hell I want to it."
Vicki took fans into her recovery for her face lift last season of RHOC, which you can check out, below.
