On tonight's season finale of Million Dollar Listing New York, Ryan Serhant throws a broker party for a hot listing. And it's one that Fredrik will never forget.

For his party, dubbed Real Estate Porn Open House, Ryan plans to deck out the property with dirty decorations and hire sexy models. But what Fredrik doesn't know is that Ryan is also planning to exact his revenge by digging up Fredrik's past in gay pornography. Watch a preview clip below.
