Three years later, however, Tinsley's life now looks very different. Although she may no longer be showing up on TV screens every week or getting into shenanigans with fellow Housewife, Leah McSweeney, Tinsley is still living her life and doing her thing on her own time.

Read on to learn all about what Tinsley has been up to in her time since being on RHONY.

Tinsley Mortimer married Robert Bovard

Tinsley married to Georgia businessman Robert Bovard on November 11 in Palm Beach, Florida, Us Weekly reported.

The New York Times reported that the couple was married by Tinsley’s cousin Mercer Ferguson (at whose wedding they had met at in October 2021), and Tinsley’s sister, Dabney Mercer, served as the maid of honor. Robert’s twin daughters, Ruthie and Mary, were the flower girls in the wedding, while his son, Bobby, was his best man.

They also honored her late father, George Riley Mercer Jr. — who passed in 2015 — with a photo of him encased in a brooch on her bouquet.

“It was so special to have my family up there with me surrounded by my new family — Robert, the twins, and Bobby,” she told Town & Country“I feel so blessed and honored to have found this kind, handsome man with three precious children to love,” Tinsley said. “My wedding day was truly perfect in every way.”

Tinsley told the Times that, when she and Robert first met, he lived in Augusta, Georgia and she was living in Palm Beach, Florida. After texting regularly and chatting on the phone, Tinsley went to visit him in November 2021, and they began dating.

“Neither of us at our ages wanted to waste time,” Robert told the paper. “I can’t move my company and my kids to a different place.”

Tinsley moved to Augusta within the year and, on Christmas 2022 Robert proposed. Tinsley told the Times that their relationship was different than others she'd experienced. “There were zero games,” she said. “It was all just so natural and fun and normal.”

“My grandfather must be smiling ear to ear up there in heaven, because he always wanted me to come back to the South and marry a Southern man,” she said

She had teased their engagement on October 13 by sharing a series of four photos on her Instagram story: one selfie in a bikini; one on a boat with a new man and three children; one of the two younger children, her and Robert in front of tropical plants and palm trees; and one of the two younger kids on the boat, captioned "twin power."

“Family vacay before the big day!” she captioned one of the Stories — and, in the mirror selfie, there was a ring on the ring finger of her left hand

Although she did not name the mystery man at the time, People identified him as Robert Bovard, the president of Augusta Iron & Steel Works, Inc. Her reps later confirmed to the magazine the two were engaged and planned to marry on November 11 in Palm Beach.

Where is Tinsley Mortimer living now?

After leaving New York for Chicago, Tinsley settled down in the Peach State. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Sutton Stracke revealed on Instagram in November 2022 that she ran into Tinsley in her hometown of Augusta, Georgia, where Tinsley is now living.

"Guess who I found living in my hometown?," Sutton captioned a photo of her and Tinsley together, standing in front of a golf course. "Tinsley Mortimer is the perfect match for Augusta! Can't wait to see more of her on my visits home."

Tinsley later told the New York Times that she'd moved to Augusta for Robert in August 2022.

“I love Augusta,” she told the paper. “I love these children. I’m a housewife, and it’s awesome.”

Tinsley Mortimer appeared in a documentary in May 2023

In April 2023 she appeared in New York Magazine's "Yesteryear" issue where she dished about her experience in the public eye and being labeled as an "It" girl.

"In my day, girls were totally dependent on others noticing them, liking them, writing about them," she told the magazine. "Gawker and Page Six wrote about me a lot, and for the most part, got it wrong. I didn't have a publicist back then, and I get that I was an easy target, but it definitely hurt and scared me."

You also can see a glimpse of the RHONY alum and where she is now in the May 2023 documentary, Queenmaker: The Making of an It Girl, which touches on her experiences as a socialite living in Manhattan in the early 2000s. At the end of the documentary, Tinsley talked about what she sees for herself in the future.

"I just want to be a housewife," she said. "A real housewife. Not a 'Real Housewife', but a real housewife. Because, I mean, I don't only want to talk about all of my business stuff I want to do and things, but I also do want to have a child and be a housewife. A real one."

Tinsley Mortimer's sister had a baby

Tinsley Mortimer now allegedly lives in the south since leaving RHONY.

This past May, Tinsley's sister, Dabney Mercer, revealed on Instagram that she had given birth to a daughter named Carrington Strawbridge Crompton, or Cruiser, in March 2023.

Tinsley could not have been happier, taking to the comments of the post to gush over her new niece.

"Cruiser is the most perfect baby girl in the world!!!," she wrote. "I'm so lucky I got to be there with you when you had her. I couldn't be more proud of you!!! She is so precious and beautiful Dabs!!! We are all so in love!!!"

Tinsley Mortimer and Scott Kluth broke up in 2021

Tinsley Mortimer and Scott Kluth's engagement ended in 2021.

Tinsley left New York and moved to Chicago in 2019 after Scott proposed in front of a group of Christmas carolers in Chicago in November 2019. During the Season 12 reunion of RHONY, Tinsley explained her decision to leave the Big Apple and the show for her beau. "The act of me leaving New York for him and proving that that's how much I love him, actually solidified our relationship even more," she said at the time.

Tinsley and Scott, however, ended their engagement in March 2021.

In a statement to People and Us Weekly at the time of their split, the Coupon Cabin CEO claimed that they had been separated for several months before their break up was announced.

"After 14 months of engagement, Tinsley and I have ended our relationship, and we have been living independently for the last few months," Scott said in his statement. "This was an incredibly difficult decision, but it is one that I believe is the best for the both of us. I will always care about Tinsley and I sincerely wish her happiness and success in all she does in the future. While I understand this news will be of interest to many, I ask for privacy and understanding during this time as I continue to work on recovering emotionally from the end of our relationship."

Tinsley Mortimer's Dogs

Tinsley Mortimer rescued two dogs named Strawberry and Shortcake.

Tinsley's Instagram account is full of adorable photos of her dogs, Strawberry and Shortcake (as well as super fun throwback photos from her childhood).

She adopted the two dogs from China in 2019 after her dog, Bambi, died of cancer.

In a June 20, 2019 Instagram post, she wrote, "Meet my two new little adopted girls! Strawberry&Shortcake, rescues from the horrific dog meat trade in China."

"I can’t wait to give them a happy and loving home in NYC!" she added. "Losing my Bambi from cancer was so horribly painful for me and my family. We will never get over such a sudden loss of our little angel dog  but being able to rescue these little girls from China fills me with such joy."

Tinsley Mortimer and Leah McSweeney are still friends

Real Housewives of New York alums Leah McSweeny and Tinsley Mortimer are still friends.

Tinsley may no longer be on RHONY, but her and fellow alum, Leah McSweeney are still friends. In September, Leah shared a throwback photo of her and Tinsley on Instagram, writing that she loves Tinsley so much in the caption of the post.

In 2020, during an episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen: @ Home, Tinsley shared that she was hoping to see Leah again sometime soon. "I am still friends with Leah and talk to her all the time," she said.

"I adore her. Hopefully when the world gets to a place that is somewhat normal, I will go back to New York, and I will see people. Can I say that I will reach out to some of the girls if I am in New York? Probably not. Mainly Leah, and mainly Sonja. Of course, I will still watch the show."

You can watch Tinsley during her time on RHONY in Seasons 9 through 12, streaming on Peacock, on BravoTV.com, or in the Bravo app.
