During a July chat with BravoTV.com, Jennifer shared that she has no plans to leave Orange County. "I would be so grateful to stay in the OC long term. I love it," the Oklahoma native said, adding that she and her kids still "live with Ryan."

Though Jennifer noted she needs to get herself "a little bit more established right now," she did say she is interested in seeking out other homes in the future "for investment" purposes.

"Who wouldn't want to?" she asked, adding that buying a home in Oklahoma would be top of the list since her "whole world" is in the state.

"It'd be so fun to go home and have a spot," she said, pointing out that she and Ryan also love Scottsdale, Arizona, and the Bahamas. "I could pick a place anywhere."

Why did Jennifer Pedranti get evicted?

As Jennifer explained on the RHOC Season 18 premiere, she and her ex-husband, Will, could not afford their rent (on the house Gina Kirschenheiter helped find).

"I've been talking to my landlord. Just to catch myself up on rent, I feel like it was a number like 24,000 [dollars] or something," Jennifer said on the episode. "Since Will and I separated, we have made very little progress in my divorce. Unfortunately, it's taking Will a long time to turn in financials. He was responsible for the lion's share of the rent and I was responsible for a small portion."

Jennifer noted she thought the rent was being fully paid, but "started seeing a group text with Will and I and the owner of the home, saying, 'I received partial payment of the rent. Are you gonna pay the rest of the rent?'"

Jennifer and her kids were evicted from there and moved in with Ryan.

In the video you can watch above, Jennifer clarified the details of her eviction process after her ex wasn't responsive to the rent situation.

"I start[ed] reaching out to the owner of the home [and] she and I [came] up with a plan [and] I executed that in four days," Jennifer stated. "The kids and I were out. I was not going to put anybody through any more unpaid rent."

She added: "I hate this feeling of me being somebody who's just frivolous and [doesn't] care or take responsibility. I actually very much do."
