Jennifer Pedranti’s Boyfriend Ryan Sets the Record Straight on the RHOC Season 17 Drama (EXCLUSIVE)
Ryan Boyajian spoke exclusively to BravoTV.com about everything from the drama with Tamra Judge to the misconceptions about his relationship with Jennifer.
When life gives you lemons oranges, make lemonade? That's more or less what Jennifer Pedranti did on her inaugural season of The Real Housewives of Orange County.
As fans may recall, Jennifer spent much of Season 17 defending her relationship to Ryan Boyajian. And while Andy Cohen explained during Part 1 of the RHOC reunion on Oct. 4 that Ryan had been invited to join the group to share his side of the story, it was ultimately revealed that he declined the opportunity to do so.
Why? Well, allow Ryan to explain it for himself, as he spoke exclusively to BravoTV.com about everything that went down on RHOC Season 17.

Why Ryan Boyajian Didn't Attend the RHOC Season 17 Reunion
Similar to what Jenn said during Part 1 of the reunion, Ryan explained that while he "obviously wanted to have the opportunity and the platform to speak the real truth," he and Jennifer both "didn't feel the reunion was the right platform to do so."
"Had all of the other husbands and boyfriends been invited, I would've been there," Ryan added. "But this show is Jenn's show, the focus should be on Jenn and the women, and me showing up there would been A), a distraction, and B), something that would've gotten into a war of words."
How Jennifer Pedranti and Ryan Boyajian Actually Got Together
According to Ryan, he started going to Tamra Judge and Eddie Judge's since-closed gym — which Jenn also attended — in early 2020. "Jenn and I, in the first maybe six months of me being at the gym, it went from 'I don't know her' to 'Hello,' 'Good morning,' 'Goodbye,' to then we started to communicate," Ryan recalled, echoing what Jennifer previously shared about their "emotional affair" on RHOC, as she was still married to her ex-husband at the time.
Speaking of that, Ryan added that "Jenn and her husband had been sleeping in different bedrooms for, I don't know, two years prior to that."
Eventually, Jennifer split from her ex-husband and officially started dating Ryan. Today, their divorce is still ongoing but nearing the finish line.
Ryan Boyajian on That Comment About Tamra Judge
There was talk amongst the RHOC ladies that Ryan, upon walking into Tamra and Eddie's gym for the first time, said he "wanted to f-ck" Tamra.
That, however, "couldn't be further from the truth," according to Ryan. "Now what I did say, and this was said during the season, is when my friend called me that first day and said, 'Tamra this, Tamra that...', what I responded is something to the effect of, 'She's actually much prettier in person than she is on TV, 'cause that's the first time I had ever seen her, that specific day."

Continuing to reflect on the past, Ryan said that he planned a trip to Cabo with a few friends. "Tamra and Eddie came up to me at their gym and said 'We'd like to come to Cabo with you!'" Ryan alleged. "I did not invite them."
"So, we all went to Cabo," he continued. "And you would think if I actually said any of these things to Tamra at her gym ... and/or somebody came up to Eddie in my backyard and said, 'Watch out for your wife, Ryan wants to f-ck her,' why would they get on an airplane with us and go to Cabo and spend four days in Mexico with us if I'm wanting to solicit Tamra in some odd way?"
Looking back, "I considered Eddie a friend," Ryan said. "I would think if any of that was said three and a half years ago, he would've brought that to my attention."
Ryan Boyajian on the Hookup and Cheating Rumors
Addressing the rumor that he "slept with another married woman" at Tamra's gym, Ryan said, "I did not sleep with any other woman. I did not do anything of the sort with another woman at her gym."
And while Ryan and Jenn have both been open about the fact that he did hook up with someone else when they were on "a break," Ryan clarified that said hookup happened once, and never again. "I slept with a girl on one occasion," he said.
Where Jennifer Pedranti and Ryan Boyajian's Relationship Stands Today
Despite all the drama, the couple is still going strong today. As Ryan put it, "The silver lining in the season is that everything has only brought Jenn and I's relationship closer."
"This season wasn’t easy for Jenn and I, [but] with that said, we are so grateful for the opportunity," he said, giving a shout-out to the fans who have been "so kind and supportive both on social media and in person."
"If anything, this experience has just confirmed how strong our relationship and our foundation is," Ryan continued. "We’ve both learned so much and we are hopeful for another opportunity to show the fans and viewers our real love and the dynamic of our blended families."
Looking to the future, Ryan teased, "We’ve got a lot of exciting things coming our way in the next year with Jenn, the kids, and I moving in together, getting engaged, and married."
