One person at the center of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills dog drama this season isn't even a Housewife: The name on everybody's lips seems to be John Blizzard.

The Vanderpump Dogs events coordinator was the one to give Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave the info about what happened to the dog Dorit Kemsley and her family adopted from the rescue center. However, it's still unclear why John spilled that tea to Teddi: Did he do so on his own, or did his employer Lisa Vanderpump instruct him to tell Teddi?

When The Daily Dish caught up with Teddi in New York City last week, we wanted to know more about her connection with John since their relationship seems to be a major topic of conversation among the 90210 ladies this season. “I met John Blizzard through Vanderpump Dogs. You know, all this chatter about my friendship with John Blizzard is I’ve hung out with John Blizzard at any Vanderpump event," Teddi explained. "And I talk to him the same way I would talk to you if I saw you at an event. Like, I’d be social, we’d talk about TV shows, we’d laugh, whatever."

However, Teddi said that she and John aren't as close as it may seem from this season of RHOBH. "I have no idea about his personal life, I've never hung out with him on my own, I've never been to dinner," she said. "I've never confided in him. So the idea that we were talking about this because of our friendship is just not true. Those conversations, those texts, everything involving John Blizzard was at the instruction of Lisa Vanderpump."

In her latest blog on Bravotv.com, Lisa continued to deny the accusations that she was involved in Puppygate. She wrote that she recalled "stating emphatically in the heat of the argument, 'I don’t care who says what, it’s unimportant,' and that it was irrelevant who spoke about it and who said what" after the Vanderpump Dog Center team found out about what happened with Dorit's dog.

Lisa also wrote in her blog that she had not been in contact with John at the time, although Teddi had been in touch with him. "He was often in contact with her and a gossipy text had been sent, which I witnessed later. I hadn’t spoken to Blizzard in quite some time as I rarely interact with him outside of preparing for our annual fundraising Gala – I do have approximately 400 employees," she said. "The center was heaving with opinions and Puppy Gate was a water cooler situation. John Blizzard has since expressed deep regret that he has perpetuated and engaged in salacious gossip which ignited a maelstrom of negativity. He is twenty-three years old, though. Hopefully one lives and learns."

Looking back on the incident these days, Teddi told The Daily Dish that she regrets ever taking that phone call from John Blizzard. "Yeah, when I got the very first call from John Blizzard that 'Lisa wanted me to tell you this, and here's this story about Dorit,' I wish I said, 'I don't want to hear it. It doesn't involve me.' Had I done that, who knows how it would have come out, but it would have been completely off of me," she shared. "It feels disgusting, and I regret it."

Lisa and Teddi have more to discuss on the matter in an all-new episode of RHOBH Tuesday at 9/8c. Check out a preview, below.
