Why Are Yolanda and David Foster Selling Their Home?
The couple have put their sprawling Malibu mansion on the market.
We hope she's taking her beloved lemon groves with her!
Yolanda Foster and her husband David have put their sprawling Malibu, Calif. mansion on the market. And the couple have listed the 11,622-square-foot home—complete with six bedrooms, nine bathrooms, ocean views, an infinity pool, and her absolutely amazing walk-in refrigerator—for a cool $27.5 million.
But why has the couple chosen to move out? Yolanda says her ongoing health struggles have had an impact. "This is our dream home, but due to my battle with Lyme disease for the past two years I just don't have the strength to run this almost 5-acre property anymore and should really focus on my recovery with as little stress as possible," she says.

Yolanda adds that their shrinking household was also a factor. "My daughter Gigi moved to New York last July and my Bella will move this July, so it will be just the two of us with my 14-year-old son, Anwar."
We're sad to hear that Yolanda has to give up her home, but we're sure she and David will find somewhere equally fabulous to live.
