In it, Bethenny chats about her life as a natural foods celebrity chef, listing off her famous clientele (Denis Leary, Mariska Hargitay, Alicia Silverstone, etc.) before hopping in the car with Cookie to head off to an appointment. (Frankel's cleavage comes up in conversation, too, but we'll let Andy and Bethenny explain.)
