SWV and XSCAPE Join Forces in a New Limited Series, and Here's How Kandi Feels About It

This March, Bravo is bringing the drama and giving you the ultimate playlist featuring two of the best-selling girl groups of all time in the new limited series, SWV & XSCAPE: The Queens of R&B.
The members of XSCAPE (featuring Kandi Burruss, duh!) will join forces with the members of SWV in the limited series out next month. In the trailer, above, Kandi proclaims "here we go" as the two chart-topping "powerhouse female R&B groups" work through ups and downs as they come together for a "special one-night concert event." But, as you can see, the women will face some obstacles along the way.
Kandi later shared on Instagram “I ain’t ready” about the drama featured in the trailer.
When Does SWV & XSCAPE: The Queens of R&B Premiere?
The limited series premieres Sunday, March 5, at 9:30/8:30c on Bravo. The press release notes that "this six-part limited series puts fans in a VIP front-row seat and offers backstage access to ’90s nostalgia as SWV and XSCAPE pull back the curtain on their personal and professional lives and prepare to hit the stage together."

The series follows multiplatinum R&B trio SWV (Sisters With Voices) featuring Cheryl “Coko” Gamble, Tamara “Taj” Johnson, and Leanne “Lelee” Lyons as well as mega-successful R&B quartet XSCAPE featuring Kandi Burruss, Tameka “Tiny” Harris, and siblings LaTocha Bivens and Tamika Scott.

XSCAPE has sold more than 9 million records worldwide and notched six top-10 songs hitting the Billboard 100.
