Jenna Jameson lost a whopping 80 pounds using the popular (and controversial!) keto diet. And for fans who are interested in exactly what she did to slim down in such a major way, the former adult entertainer happily offers tips and tricks.

Jameson recently started an Instagram account, Keto Can't Lose, in which she offers a peek at her daily diet. (Want to know what she buys at Trader Joe's? Or how she jazzes up her eggs in morning? Click on over!) And now, Jameson is back with a handy, straightforward list of the behavioral changes she made to help her get uber-svelte. 

On December 16, the weight-loss success story took to Instagram with another dramatic side-by-side image of herself before and after she started following the keto diet. She also laid out nine helpful tips for those looking to follow in her dieting footsteps; we'll outline them below. Get ready: Here's your master class in Jameson's diet plan. 

I Stopped Snacking

Jameson explained that she now allows herself to get hungry. Later, she shared that she stops eating when she's satisfied. (Note: She didn't say full.

I Walk Where I Need to Go

Squeezing in a little more exercise each day never hurt anyone! 

Intermittent Fasting

Jameson doesn't eat between the hours of 6 p.m. and 11 a.m. Want to know more about intermittent fasting (otherwise known as interval eating?) Heather and Terry Dubrow will fill you in anytime! 

Just Say No to Processed Foods

Jameson said that she "purged her kitchen" of processed foods, and won't feed them to her family anymore, either. 

When in Doubt, Eat at Home

"I barely EVER eat out," Jameson shared.

Be Kind to Yourself

"I accept that slow progress is PROGRESS," Jameson wrote. Later, she added: "Most importantly, I treat myself with love and patience." 

Avoid the Snack Aisle

"I only shop the perimeter of the market." 

Reframe Your Attitude Toward Food

"I consider eating as nourishing not as a reward," Jameson shared. She's also more in tune with what she eats. "I adjust my food according to how my body is reacting." 

Bust Through Plateaus

"If I am stalled, I eat less calories or cut dairy."
