Meghan Markle Wrote a Personal Note in Her Cookbook That You Have to See to Believe
Parents to be Meghan Markle and Prince Harry wrapped up their Morocco royal tour in style.
Pregnant Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are continuing their glamorous royal tour in Morocco: On Monday, the pair visited a cooking school, where they watched as kids from underprivileged backgrounds learned how to cook traditional Moroccan recipes from one of that country's most famous chefs, Moha Fedal.
Chef Fedal also presented the Duchess of Sussex with a copy of his cookbook, and she gave him a copy of hers. In her book, Together: Our Community Cookbook, she wrote a personal note for the chef. And the inscription shows that — while she was not always a royal — she's no mere mortal.
She wrote, "Chef Mohar. Wishing you continued success and congratulating you on your incredible work in engaging the community in cooking. All the best. Meghan." And she penned it in the most stunning script — it almost looks like a computer-generated font. Behold:
Together benefits the victims of the tragic Grenfell Tower fire in London. Markle facilitated the compilation of recipes from survivors in the community kitchen, and wrote the foreword. She debuted it in her first palace lunch as a royal and it sold 40,000 copies in the U.K. alone, raising $270,000 in the first seven weeks after hitting shelves.
