The Real Housewives' 10 Best Vacation Destinations in History — Ranked

So much luxury, so much drama.

By Ko Im

They say you learn a lot about someone when you travel together. And for the ladies of The Real Housewives, that sometimes means a rude awakening in the midst of what is supposed to be a fantastic getaway. It almost seems that the more luxe or exotic the destination, the more high stakes the drama becomes for the castmates. (And that only seems to hold ever more true, even after ten years of The Real Housewives of Orange County franchise.) Here's a look back at the ladies' most jaw-dropping jaunts around the world.

10. Manila

The Farm in the Philippines from RHOA season seven is detox deluxe — with fresh coconut-filled spa treatments and super specific purification services on this emerald estate.

9. Greenough

Elevate that midwest style in Montana while glamping like RHONY season six on The Resort at Paws Up. You’re not really roughing it with five-star barbecue and tented camps or river lodges.

8. Riviera Maya

The cast (plus hubbies) of RHOA season six checked into Mexico’s adults-only El Dorado Casitas Royale, complete with jacuzzi and infinity pool. They indulged in gourmet food from the on-site greenhouse.

7. St. Bart’s

Ahh, no “white trash” here — just a nice, romantic walk to the beach. RHONY season five rented out this multi-level home, which comes with heated pool, lap pool, and a personal chef (duh) at the Oasis de Salines.

6. Turks and Caicos

RHONY season seven traveled to the Gansevoort Luxury Resort. The boutique hotel chain hosts an Exhale spa and gym, beachside dining, and cool cabanas for your pristine presence.

5. Lanai

This Hawaiian getaway featured on RHOBH season two looks over the Pacific blue. The Four Seasons Lanai also houses Nobu dining and horses for hiking.

4. St. John

RHONY season four stayed at the insane Presidio del Mar. Look for French doors that open to covered patios, hammocks, and massive master suites on lush grounds.

3. Savannah

The Wedding Cake Mansion in Georgia goes begins at $1,000 per night for a five-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bathroom ornate rental with maid service and a parlor. Located in a historic district, there’s lots to love like glorious fireplaces, stained glass windows, and ornate bathtubs. Sweeeeet.

2. Bali

You’ll want to scream — but gleefully — for the Instagram-perfect pics at The Mulia. In Indonesia, the RHOC season nine ladies de-stressed while undertaking water activities or simply chilled out in the Ice Room.

1. Marrakech

RHONY season four castmates had a falling out at Dar Liqama over henna tattoos in what is generally a peaceful abode and magnificent mansion in Morocco.
