Brielle Shares Lip Transformation Photos Along with a Warning
Kim Zolciak-Biermann's oldest daughter reiterated her regrets over excessive lip injections.
Brielle Biermann gave some simple advice for those interested in lip injections: “Don’t get overfilled.”
The Don’t Be Tardy daughter said she learned this the hard way when she started getting the procedure done at the age of 18. Brielle underscored her position by sharing before-and-after photos of her filler removal, saying she now prefers less volume in her lips.

“Bit of a personal post,” she began in the caption. “All I’m gonna say is if you start to get lip filler… Go to someone who will tell you no. At that time in my life (on the left) I had too many chefs in the kitchen… I went to too many injectors, none of which would tell me no!”
Brielle — the oldest daughter of The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum Kim Zolciak-Biermann — said her perception wasn’t on point at the time, as she would eventually get used to the fuller look and felt as though she needed more.
Although she regrets her early experience with lip filler, Brielle made it clear she isn’t against the procedure — just as long as it’s done in moderation.
“I still love some filler,” she continued, “but listen to someone who went through it… Do not get overfilled!”

The KAB Cosmetics co-founder also posted a Story in which she scrolled through throwback photos of her “god awful” lips.
“What was going on here, you guys?” she said in the video, as she went through Google Images. “Where were my friends? They were nonexistent. Nobody was telling me that this was insane. I mean, I swear I was at the doctor’s office, like, every week. OK, we’re done with this live show. We’re done.”
Brielle previously admitted her lips "looked a little crazy"
This isn’t the first time Brielle has expressed regret over lip injections. In 2020, the Atlanta daughter revealed she started getting her filler dissolved after years of traveling to Los Angeles for the procedure.
“I don’t even know how many syringes have been used on me over the past five or six years,” Brielle told People magazine at the time. “I didn’t realize how big they were. I’d be like, ‘Oh, I’m going to LA,’ and [friends and family are] like, ‘Okay, well maybe let’s not inject the top lip. The top looks good. Let’s do the bottom.’ I was like, ‘F**k you guys. I’m going to do what I want.’”
Brielle then admitted she should’ve heeded the advice.
“I didn’t realize how crazy it looked,” she said. “I feel looking back, my lips really looked a little crazy.”
