But we officially have questions when it comes to one of Marlo's most recent loungewear looks that is part mythical creature, part spa-inspired slay. Let's dive in. 

Marlo low-key made us lose our minds when she shared a seemingly casual pic on Instagram on May 24. In the shot, Marlo is laying back on her royal blue, velvet couch wearing — wait for it — a full, white, quilted mermaid ensemble complete with a functional tail, attached bodice, and a towel wrapped around her hair. Is this a new trend that we never knew we always needed? Is this the high-fashion version of a Snuggie? Why does this exist and where can we get one? 

What in Ariel's name is this magical creation and why don't we already own two? The white, couture-level one-piece includes a sculpted, strapless top with load of ruffles and ruching that transitions effortlessly into a body-hugging, quilted mermaid tail that is half blanket, half gown, and 100 percent amazing. 

Marlo even had the nerve to pair the cozy, sea-approved outfit with statement-making diamond jewelry as if this is just how one spends their days.
