NeNe Leakes Made Some *Classic* NeNe Wishes on Her Glam Birthday Dessert

Here's a little-known fact about NeNe Leakes: The Real Housewives of Atlanta pal is not a fan of surprises. But it would seem she makes an exception when the surprise in question is a sweet little something to celebrate her upcoming birthday. 

The stand-up comic recently hit Crustacean Beverly Hills restaurant with her friend Marlo Hampton. For dessert, Marlo sent out something NeNe wasn't expecting. In an Instagram post from December 9, NeNe shared her surprise. 

In a short clip, NeNe laughs in delight over a piece of cake surrounded in candles — with a candy-colored martini on the side, of course. After her friends serenaded her with the birthday song, NeNe made a couple of very NeNe wishes. 

"Lord, please let my wig stay glued down," she quipped. Then, she added: "Let me make all the money." 

In her caption, NeNe wrote,"See this is the kind of s--t [Marlo] does without you knowing! She [knows] I hate surprises but wanted to kick off my BDAY week early! 12/13." 

And though she added the hashtag, "so embarrassing," we think it looks like NeNe had a grand old time. Happy early birthday, NeNe!
