Before she was an accountability coach and a 'Wife on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave was an average mom (minus the whole rockstar father thing) who had goals to change her life — and her body. Teddi has been open about her health and fitness journey, which she began over three years ago, that led her to drop unwanted pounds and launch a fitness company. And over the weekend, the mom of three shared new photos that prove just how impressive the results of her lifestyle change were.
"You may have seen that I spent the past weekend at a retreat with some of my @goallinbyteddi coaches," she captioned the side-by-side comparison photos. "This incredible team of people come from many backgrounds & traveled from all over the country to bond over how we have changed our lives and our desire to help others do the same."
In the spirit of #MotivationMonday, Teddi encouraged her followers to write down their goals and find a friend who will keep them accountable. "My goal is to give myself grace in the coming weeks and write down a positive each morning, visualizing it and making it true. Oh, and not blackout at the reunion," she added cheekily. "We are stronger together, so let’s take action now and make great things happen this week."
