Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave isn't the only one in her family with ripped abs. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills accountability coach has shared her dramatic stomach transformation as a result of diet and exercise. But judging from his six-pack, Teddi's husband Edwin Arroyave is right there with her when it comes to prioritizing working out. (He did appear with Teddi in her workout video, after all).
For a little #MondayMotivation, Edwin just posted a shirtless selfie from the gym along with a message about the power of getting moving to change your mood.
"Be aware of when you are feeling lethargic and just create energy by doing jumping jacks, a few push-ups, a few pull-ups or just run around out side your home for 10 minutes," he wrote, saying that simple movement gives you energy to fuel everything else you need to do.
Sounds like Edwin is all in, just like Teddi!
