Last year, Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky put their former Bel-Air home back on the market. At the time, Mauricio and Kyle's oldest daughter, Farrah Aldjufrie, co-listed the 7-bedroom abode, which had a $5,950,000 price tag. Now, the realtor family members have enlisted Alexia Umansky to help find the right buyer.

Alexia announced her "new listing" in a July 23 Instagram post, writing that the home, now offered at $6,750,000, is "one I hold near and dear to my heart."

"For those of you that don’t know, this was my family home for many years," she continued. "And let me tell you.. the love I have for this house will never fade. A true treasure." Tagging Mauricio, Farrah, and The Agency (Mauricio's luxury real estate firm where all three family members work) in the post, Alexia noted that the property includes five fireplaces, a "multi-purpose sport court," and a "bright and airy kitchen," among other features.

Kyle and Mauricio have put the home off and on the market since 2017, the same year they moved into their Encino abode. The couple has continued to lease the property over the years, most recently to Sutton Stracke, who is paying $20,000 per month to live there while her new house is under construction.

On a recent Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen, Sutton opened up about what it's like to rent a home from the couple. "Kyle and Mauricio both are like, 'What do you need?' They are honestly the sweetest landlords," she said.  "Whatever problems have come with the house, my people call their people, and they fix it."
