As a realtor with The Agency, Alexia Umansky spends her days showing some of the most gorgeous houses. However, when it comes to her own real estate plans, Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky's daughter is happy to reside in her family home — for now.

How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills on Peacock and the Bravo App.

"Honestly I'm in no rush. I love my house and my family and my room," Alexia wrote in an Instagram story as part of an Ask Me Anything session. "In an ideal world, I'd like to save up for something that's really special."

Based on recent Instagram Stories, it's clear why Alexia is beyond comfortable in her incredible bedroom, which has its very own fireplace, a chic desk setup, and the most luxe bedding. The rest of the house is equally stunning, boasting 8 fireplaces, a glamorous dining room, and an expansive backyard, which you can check out in the video above.

As Alexia prepares to one day move out of her family's home, she has helped another Real Housewives of Beverly Hills daughter do the same. As viewers saw last season, Alexia was Amelia Gray Hamlin's realtor when she moved out of Lisa Rinna's abode and into her own apartment. As they toured the $5,700-per-month, 9,000-square-foot apartment during the episode, Amelia declared, "I like the size of the room...because I'm very used to a small room," before Lisa added, "I like the fact that you'd be very safe here."
