Of Course Dorit Kemsley Nailed Her Election Day Ensemble
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills blonde rocked the vote in a Dior technicolor, plaid miniskirt suit.
There's no event too small or occasion too big that would prevent Dorit Kemsley from breaking out her enviable designer wardrobe. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills mom is always at the ready with a show-stopping look whether she's gearing up for a day on the farm or hitting the red carpet. And Election Day 2020 was definitely no different as the swimwear designer donned an unlikely look to rock the vote.
On November 3, Dorit took to Instagram to share her plaid ensemble. We're casting our ballot in full support of this stunning outfit for a number of fashion-based reasons. To start, the bright green and navy plaid Dior skirt suit instantly gave us major '90s-era Clueless vibes. The short hemline mixed with the shrunken blazer and neon green sweater underpinning is exactly the kind of ensemble Cher Horowitz would champion on her platform.
Secondly, the high-voltage hue coord set is no doubt a vintage throwback to John Galliano's turn at the helm of the House of Dior (which took place during the 1990s). Dorit is always gifting us with a fresh take on old-school styles in addition to her ripped-from-the-runways hits. The RHOBH mom paired her bold look with camo-printed stockings and sleek, black ankle boots. But she wasn't quite finished with her accessorizing.
Dorit (aka the queen of hair accessories) had to add a glittering statement hair pin encouraging folks to hit the polls. The embellished pin that was nestled in her blown-out, blonde strands simply read, "Vote," and if that doesn't get you pumped for Election Day, we don't know what will.
