The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills mom readdressed the topic on E! News, where she was asked about the ongoing rumors surrounding her body transformation. Kyle said the change was intentional, but it was not a result of diet medication or a breast augmentation, as some have suspected.

“They act like I’ve lost 150 pounds. That’s the weirdest part,” she said during the June 2 broadcast. “I think I’m actually 12 pounds less than I was. But I did have a breast reduction. I did not have breast implants, I don’t have implants still, but I went from a double D to a C. And I think that plus the 12 pounds makes a big difference.”

Kyle Says She Made Lifestyle Changes

So how did she end up dropping the LBs? Kyle said she did it the old-fashioned way: by upping her exercise and changing her diet.

“I’ve been working out so hard,” she continued. “I’m not just doing the cardio I used to do, I’m [also] lifting weights.”

Kyle then referenced her interview on Two T’s in a Pod, a podcast series hosted by The Real Housewives of Orange County’s Tamra Judge and RHOBH alum Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave. During the January 23 episode, Kyle was pressed about the allegations involving her physique, and whether she had achieved a slimmer body by using prescription drugs or undergoing a tummy tuck. The mother of four denied those rumors and said she was confused about why anyone would believe them.

“I said to Teddi, ‘Why are people saying this about me?’” Kyle recalled to E! News. “[Teddi] said, ‘Because you don’t talk about how much you work out,’ which I always have, but now I’ve upped my game.”

“So I am showing more of that,” The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip alum continued. “I was just trying to prove a point: You don’t have to be taking a diet medication. You can change your body. I have not had alcohol in 11 months this month.”
