Here’s a New Look at the Glorious Decor in Kyle Richards’ Aspen House
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member’s new Colorado vacation home channels cozy, rustic vibes with antler chandeliers, earthy tones, and stone and wood finishes.
Since moving into her new Aspen vacation home in August 2022, Kyle Richards has shared glimpses of the beautiful house in social media posts. One month after getting settled in, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member gave her followers a peek at the dining room, living room, and cozy seating area near a window with incredible views. By the time the December holidays rolled around, Kyle had transformed the abode with festive Christmas trees and seasonal decor. More recently, Kyle showed some new details of the house, and it’s even more gorgeous than we thought.
In a February 19 Instagram Story video, Kyle shared a full look at her dining area, which has cream-color chairs, a wood table topped with decorative greenery, and an antler-style chandelier. Completing the space is a massive window with unobstructed mountain views (which, as Kyle’s Instagram video shows, look particularly stunning at sunset). In the clip, Kyle panned over to her living room, which features stone walls, a fireplace, several comfortable-looking chairs, another identical chandelier, and more large windows.
Kyle’s idyllic weekend in Aspen also included a meetup with Bethenny Frankel. In an Instagram photo shared by The Real Housewives of New York City alum, the longtime friends posed in black hats and jackets. “Almost 30 years later, lost parents, marriages, a gaggle of girls, reality shows, health scares [and] a whole lot of life, we still have a lot to talk (and laugh) about,” Bethenny wrote in her caption. “Plus I got a good [Farrah Aldjufrie] cameo, who I have known since she was a baby. Today was a good day… xoxo.”
In June 2022, Kyle confirmed her former Aspen house was on the market when she shared an Architectural Digest article announcing the news. According to AD, the four-bedroom, five-bathroom house was listed for $9,750,000. Later that month, Kyle explained why her family had decided to sell their beloved Colorado house. “Our family is growing [and] we simply need more space,” she explained in an Instagram Story, adding that she is “never leaving Aspen.”
As RHOBH viewers are well aware, Kyle and her family also have another incredible vacation home in La Quinta. In the video above, Kyle gives a tour of the breathtaking house and shows the kitchen she “really fell in love with,” her “lighter” and “more modern” bedroom, and a “magical” view.
