Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave is nothing if not prepared. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills accountability coach makes a living helping others meet their health and fitness goals, and she encourages her clients to plan their meals in advance. She takes that same advice to heart at home, where she uses her planning skills to make sure her whole family eats healthily for the week. And by the time Monday morning rolls around, Teddi will have already packed her two kids' school lunches.
In an Instagram Story from February 9, the Teddi Tea Pod host shared this tip: "Monday mornings are usually busy for me with workout, [school drop] off and getting to podcast on time so I always pack kiddos lunches Sunday for Monday." One less thing to worry about, she added via hashtag.
Along with her tip, the pregnant Real Housewife offered a peek at the meals she'd prepped that day. Her kids' lunch boxes held cut-up chicken, sliced fruit, baby carrots, and cashews. They also got light popcorn and applesauce pouches.
