Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave comes prepared. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills accountability coach is big on meal prep, and sticks to her healthy eating regime with the help of pre-cut vegetables and delivered, portion-controlled meals. (Take a peek at the video above to look inside Teddi's fridge.) You know what that means: The super-healthy Beverly Hills mama never misses a meal. And neither, if you ask Teddi, should you.
In a recent Instagram Story, Teddi shared a lovely photo of oatmeal topped with berries and seeds. (We think we even spy some brown sugar on the side.) This photo comes with a message, though — it's not just a pretty plate of food.
In her caption, Teddi wrote: "People often use being busy as a reason to skip breakfast ... For me a healthy breakfast is a [nonnegotiable.]"
Part of what makes Teddi such a fabulous coach is that she's gone through a physical transformation herself. The RHOBH pal has now been at her ideal weight for more than three years. At this point, Teddi considers her eating plan a lifestyle, not a diet. And that diet includes morning sustenance!
