Real Housewives past and present have been known to serve up some pre-tty lavish, professionally-made cakes at their parties. (For proof, just peep the clip above — or click here and feel your jaw drop.) But at Yolanda Hadid's birthday parties, things are little more sweetly homespun.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum just celebrated her beloved mother's birthday at a dinner party on her farm. And, guess who baked the completely adorable carrot cake?

We all know that Gigi Hadid knows how to slay on a runway. But as it turns out, the top model is also pretty ace at making Pinterest-worthy cakes. As Gigi revealed on Instagram Stories, her "Oma" wanted carrot cake on her special day. So, that's just what she baked from scratch.

But she didn't serve the birthday girl any old carrot cake. To make it extra festive, Gigi piped on some delicate yellow floral designs, and the dessert looks beyond worthy of a big celebration. Seriously, aren't these pics impressive?

Gigi's baking skills weren't the only surprise at the party. Making an appearance at the table: Two ponies, undoubtedly angling for a taste of that cake.
