Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave is a famously clean eater. And for those who are curious about what, exactly, she eats in a day: wonder no more. In a recent interview with PEOPLE, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills accountability coach laid out what's on the menu for her daily diet, which adds up to 1,711 calories.
In the morning, Teddi gets hydrated right away by sipping four glasses of water. Her breakfast consists of two scrambled egg whites, two slices of organic turkey bacon, one slice of Dave's Killer Bread with a tablespoon of almond butter and blueberries, and coffee with a splash of almond milk.
When it's snack time, Teddi reaches for three slices of organic turkey breast and sliced cucumbers. For lunch, it's one half cup of edamame, a spicy tuna roll with soy paper, and iced green tea with lemon. She has another snack after lunch — a clementine — and then dinner is chicken breast with arugula and tomato and hot water with lemon.
