Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave is all about clean eating. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills accountability coach stays accountable to her diet goals, in part, by planning ahead. She has a well-detailed plan for what to eat on any given day, and sticks to it — even if she has to pack some portable snacks to bring with her as she's hopping from one appointment to the next. So, what does she nibble on between meals?
In the past Teddi's shared that she snacks on apples, as well as celery and peppers seasoned with cayenne pepper and lemon juice. And now, she has a new batch of bites that she uses to keep hunger at bay.
When hashing out her daily diet for PEOPLE, Teddi revealed that she now snacks on organic turkey slices with cucumber after breakfast, and has a clementine later on in the day. Two snacks made from just three ingredients — not too shabby! And not too caloric, either.
