The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills this season is shining light on an important mental health issue: eating disorders. And it's tackling the topic from various angles, including in the discussion multiple generations willing to come forward about their struggles in the hopes of helping others who suffer, and smash stigmas and myths.

How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills on Peacock and the Bravo App.

Lisa Rinna's daughter Amelia Gray Hamlin talked about her past battle with disordered eating — ultimately being able to reassure her followers that she's "100% recovered," and has even made hamburgers a "weekly ocurence" in her robust diet.

Now, Kyle Richards is opening up for the first time about her own struggles — when she was close in age to Amelia.

"People would compliment me and the more they complemented me, the less I would eat," she explains in the preview clip for tonight's episode. "I would take V8 juice and put it in a bowl, heat it up and that was my food."

She explains that she lived like that "for years," barely sustaining a weight of 99 pounds on her limited diet. "I mean, I can remember times where I was like, ‘I'll only have six almonds today. That's all I'm going to have.'"

These days, Kyle's diet is rounded and robust: She told The Feast all about her diet at age 50, and even gave us an intimate tour inside her fridge.
