Kyle Richards Came up with a Genius (D.I.Y!) Kid-Friendly Dinner Idea
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills mom Kyle Richards whipped up a healthy home dinner that's also fun to eat.
It was meatless Monday at Kyle Richards' house, and The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills mom had an idea to make dinnertime more fun for her daughter. Filming an Instagram Story in her kitchen, Kyle showed 11-year-old Portia Umansky and a friend getting ready to eat — and their feast, as it turns out, was going to involve a little D.I.Y. magic.
"Since they don't want to eat meat, I'm making my own little salad bar for them," Kyle narrated. She panned over bowls of arugula with shaved carrots, grains, smashed avocado, fresh ginger, and dried fruit. There was also an assortment of healthy salad dressings, and a big wooden bowl so the little ladies could toss their veggies together.

Keep in mind, as Dorinda Medley has shown us, a little impromptu salad bar is also a great way to use up leftovers!
