When it comes to her daily diet, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills accountability coach Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave is not about fad diets or aggressive but unsustainable techniques — in the end, of course, those don't work anyway. So for Teddi, it's all about finding a healthy approach to food that sticks — and works.
To that end, she's all about establishing food practices that feasibly fit in with everyday life — in real-world circumstances. She explained her answer on Instagram Stories in response to a fan's question: "Do you weigh your food? Why or why not?"
To that, Teddi replied, "I do not weight my food. I consider [my current approach] a lifestyle change, not a diet, and I don't want to be worrying about weighing my food for the rest of my life. I focus on eating clean and healthy foods as much as possible and having water be my main source of hydration."
Teddi regularly share healthy diet, fitness, and lifestyle tips on Instagram. Other recent tips on the social media platform have included her hack for avoiding temptation, what she eats for dinner "9 times out of 10" to stay healthy, and the first thing she suggests consuming every day for wellness.
