Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave is pretty much the poster child for clean living. So, it's no wonder that fans flood her social media feeds with questions about her daily habits for staying fit (and not just kind of fit — this fit). Luckily, it's Teddi's actual job as an accountability coach to dispense wellness tips, and she's usually happy to share her pearls of wisdom with followers. On September 19, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills mom took to Instagram Stories to answer the frequently-asked question. In the past (peep the clip above), Teddi has shared that her lightest meal of the day is always dinner, and that she tries to have a meal that's carb free. 

And in her recent post, Teddi shared what that dinner consists of. "On the nights I am home, 9 times out of 10 I [eat] soup for dinner," she wrote. "This gives me balance for the nights I eat out for dinner and have [wine]."

The Beverly Hills mom also tagged the company Gracefully Fed, which delivers dairy-free, gluten-free, and organic food in the Los Angeles area. We took a peek at the menu, and though we can't say for sure which soup Teddi showed in her snap, we're guessing it was the Chicken Detox. 

Pro tip: The healthy soup is packed with carrots, chicken, celery, shallots, spinach, lemongrass, ginger, chilis, and bay leaf. So if you're not in the LA area, you may want to try DIYing it.
