Marysol Patton Recently Discovered Something "Dark" About Her House (VIDEO)
The Real Housewives of Miami cast member shared new details about her Coconut Grove home.
While giving a tour of her Coconut Grove home in the video above, Marysol Patton revealed that she recently discovered some unexpected company.
"I had a person that can feel spirits and connect with spirits, and he went straight to this room and felt a really dark, heavy energy and said there was a man that would never leave this room and he spent a lot of time drinking," The Real Housewives of Miami cast member explained while showing her television room. "So this is my favorite room, and I hang out here with a drunk dead guy. That's what's been happening since I moved in."
If, like us, you want more details on that, Season 6, Episode 11 of The Real Housewives of Miami has you covered. The January 10 episode showed Marysol, Steve McNamara, and his sons awaiting the arrival of a medium.
"Hopefully, he'll say there's nothing here in the house, and it's probably just vermin crawling through the walls," Marysol said. "I'm more in tune spiritually than all of you are."
However, when the medium arrived, he confirmed Marysol's original suspicions that there was a spiritual presence in her home. "I will tell you I was happy in the front, and now I'm coming in the back, I feel a little bit sad," the medium shared. "You can definitely feel the shift of the energy."
"This guy's nailing it right now," Marysol said in an episode interview, and with that, they started burning sage the room.
Marysol Patton's backyard party details
Once that was settled, Marysol shifted her focus to preparing her home for a backyard party. "Today's about sharing all of the things that I love with the girls," she explained. "Caviar, booze, and gifts for everyone. Everyone's gonna leave happy."
"I worked hard to put this together," she continued. "It brings me back to the days at the Patton Group, like doing something stellar, memorable, that people walk away and think, 'Wow. That was amazing.' We have jewelry, clothing, skincare, and gorgeous florals everywhere."
Marysol went all out on the flowers, noting that she spent "$50,000 on florals."
In the video above, Marysol explained that the backyard is particularly special to her, as it's where she and Steve "first locked eyes for the first time."
"It all kind of started with the pool house," she shared. "This used to be a garage, and it has been converted into a pool house. Steve buys the home, and he negotiates all this furniture in this room as part of the purchase of the home. So they didn't clean this room out, and when Steve bought the house, he found my swimsuit I was wearing the day he saw the house."
"So I came to pick up my swimsuit, and our first date was in here in the pool house and here we are, we've been married for two years," she continued. "Now I live in the house that I wanted to buy and I didn't have to spend a penny on it."
